Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Eccentric Purses and Accessories, LLC. is not responsible and or liable for any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders over $150 are shipped free of cost: The primary method used to ship are USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex. Eccentric Purses reserves the right to add, change, modify or remove any shipping companies used based on company needs without consent.


Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery at this time 


In-store pickup

 

We do not offer in-store pickup at this time

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada

Eccentric Purses and Accessories does not currently ship to: Any international country not listed above. If your country is not currently listed above and you would like to be, please send an email to eccentricpurses@gmail.com for consideration. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Eccentric Purses and Accessories, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at eccentricpurses@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Eccentric Purses and Accessories does not currently ship to PO Boxes. You must have a valid verifiable address.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All refunds returns MUST follow the return policy guidelines in order to be accepted. Any items returned without prior notification or outside of the stated policy will not be accepted, refunded, exchanged and/or returned to sender.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at eccentricpurses@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
